Rose Yard stands in Al Suwaidi Al Gharbi, south-west Riyadh, on the 100-metre-wide Western Ring Road, with its frontage along the 40-metre-wide Hamza bin Abdulmuttalib Street. A Riyadh Metro bus station faces the site across Hamza Street, and Al Salam Mall is close by.

Components
Restaurants and showrooms line the ground floor of the main building with the hotel above them. The hypermarket and a separate drive-through unit complete the site.
An entrance, reception and a spacious lobby on the ground floor, with two floors of rooms and a floor of hotel facilities. The hotel has a health and fitness club, a pool and terrace, a main restaurant, a café with outdoor seating, private basement parking and two lifts.
Ten restaurants and cafés, most of them in a row on the main building's ground floor, with one at the end of the building between two outdoor seating areas. Each unit has electricity, water and central air-conditioning.
Five showrooms side by side near the hypermarket entrance, each with electricity, water and central air-conditioning.
A two-storey building of its own at the corner of the site, apart from the main building and designed for drive-through service.
The hypermarket occupies a building at the far end of the site, beside a 15-metre street. In February 2026 the Group signed an agreement with LuLu Hypermarket Group for a store at the project.
Round-the-clock security, protection and fire-fighting systems, central air-conditioning infrastructure, fibre optics, modern lifts, regular maintenance and cleaning, and 226 parking spaces at ground and upper level.
