Tilad Construction was established as real-estate construction accelerated across the Kingdom, and became a principal route through which Mosa Al Mosa Group delivers its projects in every region.
Who we are
An important tributary in delivering the Group's projects in every region of the Kingdom.
Tilad Construction grew out of the Kingdom's rapid expansion in real estate building. It became an important route for delivering the projects of Mosa Al Mosa Group in every region.
As its record grew, and with senior management's attention to quality, Tilad began taking on work outside the Group: infrastructure, residential and commercial complexes, commercial towers and industrial facilities, in several regions.
Its work is varied: land schemes handed over with full services, villas and apartment buildings, mixed-use towers, mosques with the buildings around them, and warehouse and workshop districts.
Our journey
1991
Tilad traces its roots to a contracting and maintenance establishment of the Group's founding family, dating from 1991.
2011
Tilad starts operating as a construction company, building for the Group.
2019
The company is classified as a fifth-class contractor.
2023
Tilad moves up to third-class contractor.

How a project moves
Tilad works from a written policy guide with six parts, so every project follows the same path.
Requirements are documented and the proposal is reviewed. The project manager prepares a detailed plan, and the CEO approves it.
Work follows the plan. Progress reports go out weekly and monthly, and the quality and monitoring department issues a performance report each quarter.
A change to the scope is written down and needs the CEO's approval before work proceeds.
Interim payments follow the work done, and a final payment closes the project. The quality and monitoring department checks each one.
Helmets, gloves and goggles are required on site. Incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions are reported and investigated, and inspections are routine.
The project is handed to the beneficiary with as-built drawings and warranty certificates, and lessons are logged for the next one.
