Location
The tower stands in Al Khalidiyah South, Dammam, on Al Kubari Road, which links Dammam with Al Khobar and is one of the main traffic routes of the Eastern Province. The site has a 40-metre frontage on the road and a depth of 75 metres.

The tower
A commercial building on a 3,000 m² site: two basement levels of parking, a ground floor, a mezzanine and 21 floors. The offices are in the final finishing stage.
Four office units on each floor. The 21st floor is an annex.

Six office units on each floor; the fifth floor holds six commercial units.
