Who we are
We take our clients' standing seriously: we listen to what they need from an investment and manage their property with care.
Nofodh Real Estate Investment is one of the companies of Mosa Al Mosa Group. It was founded in 2010 within the Group as its real estate arm, and it is based in Riyadh.
The company provides real estate investment services. It works to devise logistical solutions for investment assets that meet the growing demand of the local property market, with two strands of work: real estate management solutions and investment solutions.
Its approach is to attract and manage quality real estate projects, and to build up investment assets with an eye on where the modern property market is heading.
Four lines of service sit under one roof: property management, brokerage, marketing, and operation and maintenance. Together they give administrative and logistical support to the real estate sector, in line with the goals of Vision 2030 for the quality, growth and sustainability of the sector.
Our journey
2010
Nofodh is established as the real estate arm of the Group. It takes its first steps in the market and begins to deepen its investment programmes.
2014
The company builds its own brand and takes on the management of the Group's properties, focusing on land development and marketing.
2015-2019
Nofodh begins to buy and manage buildings and starts its leasing and property management practice. More owners of large properties choose to contract their assets to it.
2020-2024
The business grows across the Kingdom, with investments extending to Jazan, Abha, Jeddah and the Eastern Region. The business model adapts to digital services.

How we work
The steps below follow the method the company describes for its own services.
Nofodh discusses the client's investment needs and draws up a plan that suits the requirements of the business.
Marketing is planned for each unit, based on the needs of the market and the audience that suits the property's use.
The asset is promoted through the company's database, its website and social media.
Leases are documented on the Ejar platform, and tenant relations and legal follow-up are handled by the company.
Owners receive monthly reports on expenses, collection and revenues, and on rented properties.
Scheduled inspection and testing, proactive, preventive and corrective maintenance, and quarterly safety reports.
