Phases
The park is developed in four phases between Asfan Road, a 52-metre road and a 40-metre road. Work begins with the first.
The current phase: plots for showrooms, parking and regulatory yards, and commercial and support services.
Jeddah Auto Park Boulevard is the project's commercial spine: restaurants, cafés and support services along a promenade, with showrooms for vehicle brands.
The third and fourth phases complete the site. Their detailed programme has not yet been published.
