Who we are
To develop distinctive urban projects that support the national economy and contribute to a better quality of life.
Mafaz Algharbiah is a Mosa Al Mosa Group company and the Group's real-estate development arm in the Western Region. It develops, markets and operates the Group's projects there.
It has two projects, both in Jeddah. Jeddah Auto Park brings the vehicle sector together on Asfan Road in the north-east of the city. Jeddah Logistic Station, on Al Leeth Road to the south, gives trucks an organised place to park, store goods and be serviced; it belongs to the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services' initiative for truck parking at city entrances.
Both projects sit within a strategic partnership between the Group and Jeddah Development and Urban Regeneration Company. Development Vehicles Operating Company was set up within it to own the projects and invest in them. Mafaz develops, markets and operates them, Tilad Construction builds them, and Abaad Al Ruya Engineering Consultants designs and supervises them.
