It works across warehousing and logistics, mixed-use and hospitality, high-rise towers, and residential and commercial schemes, with projects in Riyadh and the Eastern Province.

How we work
Every Rawaj project moves through six phases, from the first brief to operation.
Gather data, study the targets and identify the markets.
Requirements, feasibility, site analysis, legal checks and the project brief.
Legal contracts, concepts, schematic and technical design, and tender documents.
Finalise contracts, set the schedule, build and issue as-built documents.
Legal compliance, the defects period, transfer to the client and a review of execution.
Align operations with marketing and sales.
