Brief:
This Project is under construction. It is
located in the factories quarter, south of
Riyadh City and south of the Southern
Ring Road. It is within the approved Pearl
Planned area No 3085. The project consists
of blocks that would serve all the categories
for example the commercial and industrial
centers.
Features:
– Wide interior streets which make the entry and exit easy due to the multi accesses to the workshops.
– The availability of main services, paved roads, lighting, water supply, power supply and telephone service.
– The availability of public utilities including: mosques, gardens and markets with appropriate dimensions, thus limiting the overcrowding of people and facilitating the movement of pedestrian.
– Finally, the most important features of the project will be a private company to run workshops in order to provide excellent services with the latest management techniques, in addition to following-up on maintenance, cleanliness, security and safety aspects.
